For the Hotel Azimuth in Murmansk, Aurora completed a series of designs for the reconstruction of the building, the creation of the interior design, and underground parking. Specialists from Aurora were able to successfully carry out the difficult architectural and engineering solutions necessary for the reconstructed hotel, the tallest building of the Russian North.
All the utilities were designed anew, separate boiler and ventilation systems were created, and the façade and windows were updated. The building was equipped with a new sprinkler system and the elevators were replaced. A project to beautify the surrounding territory was also undertaken. Part of the construction was a connected, underground parking facility for 250 vehicles. All design work was done by Aurora in a short period, so as to provide a timely start to construction, considering the harsh climate condition of the Far North.
