Aurora and the international architectural bureau BDG A+D studied the greatest examples of plan and design for media corporations from around the world and placed an emphasis on those solutions which allow for the effective work of employees. The office space, organized by the principle “open space”, includes a large number of meeting rooms, break areas, a large cafeteria on each floor, a conference hall, and an in-house cinema. The brand and values of the television channel were reflected in the corporate interior.
In 2012, this project straightaway received two awards in the competition Best Office Awards, in the category “Best Interior Design of an Office” and the special prize from the magazine FRAME for the best office interior. A year later, in 2011, after the completion of the fit-out work, the new CTC Media office picked up an award at the Best Office Awards in the category “Lighting Design”. The project was also noted by the company Head Hunter and received the grand prize in the competition “HR-BRAND”.
