Specialist from Aurora, together with their colleagues from the international transportation companies SDG, ETC Polska, and John McAslan+Partners carried out a massive analysis to learn the particularities of movement in the southeastern transportation cluster. For this hub, a few feasibility study variants were developed and presented for review to the owners. These were analyses of the technical feasibility of the design, which became points of consideration and review in the municipal courts.
The key goal of the consortium of experts under Aurora management was to create a unified pedestrian zone connecting the two sides of Novoryazanoe Shosse and in that way unite the region, which is located on both sides of the highway. A concept for organizing the territory of the hub into a comfortable public space was also developed: a shopping center with a green recreation zone in which points of public eating and summer terraces, stores, and movie theaters are located. The design includes the construction of commuter parking for the needs of the transportation hub.
